About Us

Heroes On Hand was founded in Atlanta, GA in 2015. Owner Chris Harrelson had enjoyed appearing as a guest at various fan conventions thanks to his work in dozens of major television and feature film productions. Through his experiences on the con circuit, he realized that many professionals in the entertainment industry lacked the time and resources to pursue these types of public appearances. He also found that event organizers were often overwhelmed by dealing with multiple booking agents and negotiating appearance parameters with numerous celebrity guests and performers. Heroes On Hand was formed to assist in both of these areas.

Heroes On Hand represents TV and film actors, comic book creators, voice actors, cosplay artists, event emcees, panel moderators, podcast teams, interactive game hosts and technical professionals. In addition to appearing as celebrity guests and signing autographs at events, our clients also enjoy hosting panels on a variety of topics (comic books in TV and film, 80s animation, cosplay prop fabrication, Dr. Who, zombies in modern media, etc), performing as event emcees, judging cosplay competitions, hosting afterparties and interactive events such as The Match Game and Cosplay Karaoke, and participating in other activities at conventions. We work with event organizers to provide a wide range of entertainment options to engage con attendees and keep them interested and excited in the different offerings of a convention weekend.
